Email is my preferred method of contact because I can provide you with detailed product information and photographs of the products. It takes a couple of emails to confirm an order at which stage I need to know a postal address so I can complete an invoice. While I do have a mobile phone I can't guarantee that I will be able to answer calls- text messages will work. This is a home-based business run by a retiree after all. I know some people don't have access to email but you can always write me a letter if phone contact fails.

Payment methods

Direct deposit by bank transfer, or cheque. I also accept PayPal but because they charge a 3% commission to sellers I have to pass this on to the customer. I do not have a credit card facility. Payment needs to be made before goods can be shipped. I email an invoice with EFT details when the sunshades are ready- it can take up to a couple of weeks to complete the sunshades. While I cut the shades, the finishing off is done by a professional sewing contractor, who fits my jobs in as best he can. In addition we only have a weekly exchange of unfinished/finished product. 


I will refund purchase and postage costs should there be an unforeseen problem with the fit of the products.
